Cleavium uses official Google OAuth authentication.

• We never see or store your password.

• Access is granted directly through Google.

• You can revoke access at any time through your Google account settings.

2. Limited Access

Cleavium only accesses the data necessary to provide its features.

In early versions, Cleavium operates in read-only mode:

• We read email metadata and content to generate summaries.

• We read calendar events to prepare daily briefings.

• We do not send emails or modify calendar events without your approval.

3. Data Minimisation

We only store what is necessary to operate the service.

• Email content is processed securely.

• We do not sell or share user data.

• You may request data deletion at any time.

4. Encryption

All data is encrypted:

• In transit (using HTTPS/TLS)

• At rest (secure database storage)

We follow industry-standard security practices to protect user information.

5. No Data Selling

Cleavium does not sell user data.

We do not use your email content for advertising.
We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. User Control

You remain in control of your account at all times.

• You can disconnect your Google account.

• You can request account deletion.

• You can request removal of stored data.
